Stereotype Netherlands People
Consciously
or unconsciously stereotype the world community to the netherlands has long
been attached . we are not able to blame someone to form stereotipe stereotipe
existing because it all started back of the mind engender his speech and action
. At least three stereotype common about the netherlands is :
1.
The Netherlands is not a cheapskate
Stereotype it needs to be justification
if people Netherlands it was frugal , they will be very the ordinal with amount
spent . in language Netherlands noted ; elk dubbeltje tweemaal omkeren (
translation letterlijknya ) which means a swivel coins twice before thought to
spend it on.
There is a story of a person who is ever
follow an exchange program in Japan . He brought to an event in the anniversary
of the his friend . Culture we thought a person who the anniversary of the
necessarily a have hajatan junket . But this otherwise , we precisely pay what
we messages and eats during a party lasting , even though they who entices or
invite another person into a restaurant . Learning from a culture Japan it turns
out not different with the Netherlands . His name betsu betsu which means pay
singly .
2. The
Netherlands people it frugal
He
story of the stinginess of the Netherlandsis not
a shameful thing
for them. Parsimony was once considered bad indeed. Even traders
travel all over the world hates the Netherlands tourists who spend their
time and do not buy anything. There is a saying saving the base of the rich.
According to the story, the style of the Netherlands culture of
saving is because they used to live hard.
So they need the
hard work of the sail to different continents to trade, because the Netherlands
mainland and the weather does not allow plants
to grow throughout the year.
There's Is not free
lunch in this world. Though now the
Netherlands has developed from
the innovation (building,
education, infrastructure) fixed this culture still linger
from a Netherlands person. And this
positive culture we
can take and apply in our financial planning. This is a must.
3. The Netherlands was Acting
Someone
mentioned "Your
are what you eat", when you can meet and taste the typical
food of the nation this means
you can get
acquainted with other nations
with a friendly and open.
The
Netherlands has a typical foods such
as potatoes, vegetables, and a piece of meat. In
Indonesia, we ate
hot (read: heavy
meals) three times a day, while
the Netherlands is only one hot meal. Morning and afternoon meal
bread. In the Netherlands, which has four seasons,
also has a special
food for the
winter Stamppot. Characteristic
Stamppot food is
mashed potatoes with
vegetable mixture and eat with bacon.
For eating habits, the
Netherlands has a marble table while eating like
a burp should not, must
not be tasted, should not be sipped
while eating soup or tea, should not
talk while eating, and should not eat with
the voice plate reads.
The reality, many carrying Netherlands culture, and technology
equipment to facilitate performance. Small example in terms of land transport such
as trains are still using today. In a culture of reading, was the first
newspaper in Indonesia still speak Netherlands. In terms of architecture, no doubt
Netherlands style housing with middle become trend of the world.
